Release of a new digital data product that helps managers and staff at dealerships get max on returns & minimize obsolescence.
ANN ARBOR, Mich. - Michimich -- ADMI Launches Powerful New Feature to Help Dealers Maximize Parts Inventory Returns and Minimize Obsolescence
Ann Arbor, MI — ADMI, the industry leader in dealership parts operations & insights since 1980, serving both manufacturers and dealers, is proud to announce a major enhancement to its ADMI Insights Platform, the most advanced parts inventory management insights tool available to date. Beginning November 3, 2025, a new feature will empower Parts Managers to uncover more returnable parts within their inventory, parts that might otherwise be written down, written off, sold at a discount, or scrapped.
This innovative capability leverages ADMI's proprietary algorithms to identify unsold customer special-ordered parts, aging stock parts, and even manufacturer-controlled inventory that may be eligible for return but were missed by traditional return suggestion and reports.

"We do amazing things with data," said Jay Graham, President and CEO of ADMI. "One of those is identifying parts that fall within a 'Window of Opportunity'—a timing-based criterion that flags parts for investigation. If the parts our program highlights aren't on a dealer's DMS or manufacturer return report, they should be looked into. We often find additional parts that can be returned for credit. These 'almost left behind' parts can add up to serious money."
By surfacing these hidden opportunities, ADMI is helping dealerships stop obsolescence growth in its tracks, saving significant expenses and putting cash back in the bank to reinvest in other areas of the business.
This enhancement reflects ADMI's ongoing commitment to helping dealerships operate smarter, leaner, and more profitably through the power of data.
