Mark Maupin shares his own story to educate homeowners, landlords, and investors about how easy it is for criminals to manipulate property records and utility accounts.
FLINT, Mich. - Michimich -- ark Maupin, Founder of the National Real Estate Network, warns real estate investors about criminals attempting to take over their legally purchased and renovated property at 2753 Golfside Lane, Flint, MI 48504.
Locks were mysteriously changed with no forced entry.

Mark Maupin provides tips for property owners to protect themselves:
"If this could happen to us—experienced investors with title insurance and security steps—it can happen to anyone," said Mark Maupin. "We want homeowners and landlords to know the warning signs and take steps to protect their property."
