CHICAGO - Michimich -- Camp Lake Capital (CLC) is excited to announce that it has completed the acquisition of Electrical Cable Specialists (ECS). Headquartered outside of Atlanta, GA, ECS is a leading distributor of specialty wire and cable used primarily in the transit, power generation & transmission, and industrial markets with a 40-year track record of serving customers. The transaction closed on December 29, 2023.
Joe Reidel, the CEO of ECS, said, "Over the last twenty years, we've built a business focused on serving customers. CLC has been a pleasure to work with and I am confident they will continue this focus, while providing the support to grow ECS to an even more prominent position in the industry."
