FRANKENMUTH, Mich. - Michimich -- Want to try your luck at pinball? This fall the Bavarian Inn Lodge (https://www.bavarianinn.com/) is hosting a series of fast and fun Pinball Tournaments for all ages.
Held in the Lodge's expansive Family Fun Center with more than 160 high-end games, the competitions are open to "pinball wizards" who are interested in showcasing their skills.
The competitions will be held every other Monday evening at the Lodge and include Target Match Play events, a Mini Side Tournament and a "Beat the Tech" competition. All events begin at 6:30 p.m. with sign up opening at 6 p.m.
These fun events will include multiple giveaways and prizes to the winners.
The Target Match Play Tournament features seven machines for play with players randomly grouped by the Match Play software. Scoring for each round includes 3, 2, 1 and zero with the first 50 percent of the field to reach 12 points moving on to the playoff round. Playoffs will include group play, three per round.

A Mini Side Tournament will also be going on during the finals. Any players on site can play, even if they did not qualify for the regular tournament.
The cost is $5 per person ($1 goes to IFPA pinball association), while the remainder is paid out to the top four players in the tournament.
Also back by popular demand is the Lodge's "Beat the Tech" competition where players will compete in one game against a Lodge tech employee.
