FRANKENMUTH, Mich. - Michimich -- Murder at the Bavarian Inn Restaurant (https://www.bavarianinn.com/)? Well, not exactly, but the restaurant will be the scene of the crime as it hosts a musical world premiere of "The Worst Murder Mystery Ever."
This unique murder mystery dinner is planned for Friday, Oct. 21 from 6-9 p.m. and includes dinner and a highly entertaining, interactive murder mystery with fellow diners and performers. Hors d'oeuvres will be served at 6 p.m. with dinner to follow at 7:15 p.m.
Written by Natalie Slawnyk with original music by JT Sutherland, the story line for the evening involves Taylor, an experienced producer who has had a bad string of luck with the latest round of murder mystery shows.
No matter how hard Taylor has tried, each show has had major problems and has cost the theater money. Concerned, the theater company board decided to hire a critic to independently evaluate tonight's performance. If things do not go well, Taylor will be fired. With Taylor's reputation and job on the line, extra measures have been taken to make sure tonight's performance of "The Murder at Castle White" goes EXACTLY as planned. What could possibly go wrong?
