Nora captivated a nearly full room with her expertise in Holistic Pain Management, showcasing The Knople Protocol—a unique pain management hypnosis process she developed.

On September 13, during the conference award dinner, Nora was honored with the inaugural Jim Kellner Award for Innovation in Hypnosis, a prestigious accolade that recognizes exceptional leadership and contributions to the field. Named in honor of Jim Kellner, a dear friend and colleague of Nora's who was a hypnotist, trainer, and educator in hypnosis. Sadly, Jim passed away in December 2024. This award honors his legacy and underlines the importance of innovation amd leadership within the profession.
