ANN ARBOR, Mich. - Michimich -- Mark W. Nelson joins Pear Sperling Eggan & Daniels, P.C. as a new attorney. Mark W. Nelson focuses his practice on business, estate planning,  probate litigation, trust and estate administration, business matters and real estate.

"After serving for 15 years as Magistrate and Court Administrator for the 14B District Court, I am excited to have this opportunity to return to private practice with Pear Sperling Eggan & Daniels. Prior to joining Pear Sperling Eggan and Daniels, Mark most recently spent 15 years serving Ypsilanti Township as Magistrate for the 14B District Court. For 12 of those years, he took on the dual responsibilities of Magistrate and Court Administrator. Prior to serving on the bench as Magistrate, Mark was in private practice with Murphy & Nelson. Mark has extensive experience in the preparation of wills and trusts designed to meet the unique needs and requirements of each individual client.
