MACOMB, Mich. - Michimich -- PTI Engineered Plastics has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2023 honor by The Detroit Free Press. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC.
Survey results show PTI scored in the top 25% percentile in our industry for culture. For nearly 40 years PTI has worked hard to foster a sense of community and a purposeful culture through having holiday parties, fundraisers, walks to support cancer research, community river cleanup, car show to support our veterans, among others.
PTI also scored high for the encouragement of new ideas by promoting creative problem solving and encouraging employees to come forward with thoughts and ideas.
PTI's owner and CEO, Mark Rathbone, thanked employees for participating in the process, "We want to take this moment to express our deep appreciation for your unwavering dedication and commitment to making PTI a great workplace. Your engagement, passion, and the sense of belonging you have fostered have been instrumental in earning this recognition. Without every one of you, this accomplishment would not have been possible."
