WASHINGTON - Michimich -- As we begin the new year, the Republican National Hispanic Assembly (RNHA) proudly stands with President Donald J. Trump and his administration as they reaffirm America's unwavering commitment to freedom, security, and democratic leadership in the Western Hemisphere. The removal of Nicolás Maduro represents a historic turning point for the people of Venezuela and a clear signal that tyranny, corruption, and repression have no permanent place in the Americas. Earlier this year, RNHA had the honor of hosting an Inauguration Ball in January 2025, where we invited Edmundo González, the legitimate democratic leader of Venezuela. His presence was a powerful reminder that the fight for freedom was not lost - and that change was coming. At that moment, we knew freedom was near, and Today that belief has been affirmed.
