ANN ARBOR, Mich. - Michimich -- Sarah M. Meinhart, probate and estate planning attorney at Pear Sperling Eggan & Daniels, P.C. completed the Institute of Continuing Legal Education's Probate & Estate Planning Certificate Program.
This program consisted of 10 online lessons covering these critical areas of probate and estate planning:
§ Planning Techniques for the Taxable Estate
§ Administration of Trusts under the Michigan Trust Code
§ Advising Elderly Clients and Those with Disabilities
§ Drafting Estate Planning Documents
§ Probate Estate Administration
With the complexity of estate administer growing with digital assets and opportunities to tailor one's estate planning increasing, Sarah furthered her knowledge of probate and estate planning and gained new perspectives by seeing how her peers approach challenging issues.
