ANN ARBOR, Mich. - Michimich -- The JMAC Foundation continues its mission of supporting the practice, study, and preservation of traditional martial arts through educational assistance, seminar support, research funding, and community outreach efforts.

Rooted in the JMAC Ann Arbor (https://www.jmacfoundation.com/about) community, the Foundation was created to help future generations experience the lifelong benefits of martial arts training while preserving important cultural traditions and opportunities for continued learning.

Many transformational experiences in martial arts occur outside of class, including seminars, travel opportunities, research projects, and educational events. The Foundation helps provide support for students, instructors, organizers, and researchers pursuing those meaningful experiences.

Founder Nicklaus Suino has spent nearly six decades dedicated to the study and teaching of traditional Japanese martial arts. His lifelong commitment helped shape JMAC Ann Arbor into a respected community centered on discipline, education, and personal growth.
