BLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich. ~ TriMas Corporation, a Nasdaq-listed company, has appointed Jeffrey Fielkow as a new director to its Board of Directors. The appointment is effective from March 8, 2023.
Mr. Fielkow brings with him over three decades of global business experience and executive leadership skills in the packaging industry, with an emphasis on sustainability. With his appointment, the Board of Directors will now consist of nine members, eight of whom are independent.
Thomas A. Amato, President and Chief Executive Officer of TriMas Corporation expressed his pleasure at welcoming Mr. Fielkow to the Board and said that his track record in successfully growing businesses through innovation and M&A, as well as his championing of sustainability and ESG initiatives would be beneficial for the company's future plans.

Mr. Fielkow currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of ID Images LLC, a leading manufacturer of converted label products serving various industries such as food and beverage, consumer durables, health and beauty and retail among others. Prior to this role he held multiple executive positions within Tetra Pak Inc., including Chief Executive Officer for USA & Canada and Vice President for Sustainability in South East Asia & Oceania. He also spent nearly 15 years in leadership roles within the sustainability & recycling space with companies such as ReCommunity Inc., Container Recycling LLC & Waste Management Recycle America among others. In addition he founded or co-founded several packaging recovery organizations in countries like USA, Canada, Vietnam, Thailand & India while also advising government entities on recycling strategies.
Mr. Fielkow holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science & International Relations from University of Wisconsin-Madison along with a Master's degree in Business Administration from Marquette University in Wisconsin.
