Weber's Restaurant Announces New Pastry Chef

ANN ARBOR, Mich. - Michimich -- Weber's Restaurant hires new Pastry Chef Jerald Alcenius.

Jerald has extensive knowledge in bread making and classic French and Italian pastries. He also learned about the classic gelato and sorbet techniques for two years while working at Zingerman's Creamery in Ann Arbor. In 2006, he joined the Weber's team where he apprenticed under Marybeth King for 10 years.

"We're all so excited to have Jerald join our team again!" says, Michael Weber, Vice President. "We can't wait to see what the future has in store for him at our restaurant and hotel."

"I'm so happy to be working at a place that I love and doing what I enjoy most!" says Jerald Alcenius, Pastry Chef. "This is an exciting new chapter!"
