ARLINGTON, Texas - Michimich -- Women Veterans Giving is introducing the woman veteran recipient of the annual Melissa Washington Small Business Award on Thursday, October 6, 2022. $3,500 will be awarded to one of three finalists to help her start or expand her business. The announcement will be made at the Business Beyond the Battlefield Conference in Arlington, Texas.
The three finalists for the award were selected by the Women Veterans Giving awards committee consisting of all previous awardees and led by Jennifer Vollbrecht, Marine Corps Veteran and small business owner. The finalists are:
