Vound Software launches its new Intella Investigator product
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - Michimich -- Vound Software, a digital forensics & eDiscovery technology company, has released an advanced data investigations platform, Intella Investigator.
Intella Investigator is designed to collect and analyze digital evidence in a way that is forensically sound and admissible in a court of law. The easy-to-use interface can be accessed from any computer with a web browser, enabling multiple investigators to collaborate on the same case information simultaneously.
"Coordinating the search and analysis of digital evidence for a specific incident or crime can be challenging," said Peter Mercer, Founder & CEO of Vound Software. "Intella Investigator makes it easy to conduct forensic investigations from a web browser, providing one central location to collaborate on cases and allowing multiple users to review data at the same time."
Intella Investigator's powerful Forensic Search and easy-to-understand visualizations help investigators identify relationships between data and quickly find the most relevant information. The platform includes all standard features of the Intella software suite in addition to new capabilities, such as image classification & object detection and scripting.

Using the image classification and object detection features, investigators can easily identify and label images based on the type of image or which objects are contained within an image. This helps simplify the organization and management of large collections of images.
With Intella Investigator's scripting feature, investigators are able to add custom crawler scripts to collect, extract, process, or include/exclude data based on user-defined parameters. This enables users to cut out irrelevant data and find critical information faster.
The platform supports enhanced security features such as SSO (single sign-on), LDAP (lightweight directory access protocol), and SSL, a widely used protocol for establishing secure connections between networked devices, to ensure that all data transmitted is encrypted.
Intella Investigator makes collaborative forensic investigations possible in a secure way from a web browser—no dongle or software installation required. For more information or to request a trial, visit vound-software.com/investigator.
