America's Workforce Solution (AWS) LLC, is a unique boutique HR company providing recruitment and staffing services for DoD Prime Contractors, public and private sectors. Under AWS, Ms. Phair has launched ReferAll - a new staffing tool under app development and currently piloting the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) in the United States to small and large businesses. This announcement follows the successful completion of the application process to ensure that America's Workforce Solution, LLC met the standards for membership in this nine-year program. The SBA 8(a) Business Development program certification allows participants to compete for set-aside and sole-sourced federal contracts. In addition, SBA 8(a) Business Development participants may take advantage of specialized business training, counseling, marketing assistance, and high-level executive development provided by the SBA and our resource partners.
