PRINCETON, N.J. and DETROIT, Nov. 5, 2024 ~ CURE Auto Insurance, a not-for-profit provider of private passenger automobile insurance, has been recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in the Philadelphia region. The company was named a winner of the 2024 Philadelphia100® awards, an annual recognition given to privately held companies that have shown significant growth.
Based in Princeton, CURE Auto Insurance has experienced remarkable growth over the past year. In 2022, their revenue was $85 million and by 2023 it had increased to over $144 million. This growth has also led to an increase in their customer base from 75,000 to over 150,000 households. With over 450 employees and call centers in Princeton, Detroit, Texas, Ghana, Philippines and Mexico, CURE Auto Insurance has become a leading provider of affordable car insurance options.
The Philadelphia100® Forum stated that CURE's impressive growth is a testament to their merit-based program. According to them, "What started as an idea to bring recognition to our region has emerged as a new standard – a standard of excellence."
To celebrate this achievement, CURE's CEO Eric S. Poe, Esq., CPA attended the Philadelphia100® CEO Breakfast on September 25th. This was Poe's first time being honored at the event and he took the opportunity to share his insights on how CURE Auto Insurance became such a successful company. He discussed the challenges they faced and how they managed to thrive in a highly competitive car insurance market.

Poe was joined by Ruben Amaro Jr., former Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Philadelphia Phillies and current Philadelphia sports analyst. The two engaged in an interactive fireside chat where they delved into CURE's business strategy and its transition from a family-owned business to where it is today. Poe also shared his vision for the future of CURE Auto Insurance.
In response to receiving this recognition, Poe expressed his gratitude saying, "It is an honor to have received this award and it is a true testament of the hard work of our entire team who tirelessly go above and beyond amid remarkable growth – something that is not always easy." He also added, "Being asked to share our story and sit amid a room with my peers who too are being honored was humbling especially as a first-time awardee. It was a lively 'chat' and I enjoyed answering all the curve balls Ruben and others threw my way."
