Ready 2 Cook Kettle: The Ready 2 Cook is a tilting steam jacketed kettle complete with control panel. This kettle offers all the advanced processing technology of a standard steam jacketed kettle with a quick and simple production start-up. Simply connect to your site facilities (steam, power, and water) and use. This is a must-have piece of equipment for all food producers - it can be used alongside bigger kettles for additional production capacity, recipe testing, or as an easy first step up to industrial cooking. BCH Cook Cool System (Pressure Cooker and Vacuum Cooling): The BCH Cook Cool System combines a BCH Pressure Cooking Kettle with a vacuum cooling vessel for a high-performance system. With the BCH Cook Cool System, foods can be cooked and cooled quickly, in a batch process, to minimize labor and energy costs. The BCH Cook Cool System offers capacity ranges of up to 792 gallons.
