The most strategic hire is Tony Schmid as Director of Operations. Formerly CEO at Choice Schools Associates and COO of SpringHill Camps, Tony brings 15 years of management and executive leadership experience to Deksia.

Nicole Howerton was hired as VP of Client Growth to head up the account team, which added two new Account Managers, Michael Williams and Kelly Melillo. To ensure client projects are on time, and on budget, Deksia added Rashad Medaris as Project Coordinator and Liv Conran as Account Assistant.

To augment the growing digital team and support our focus on strategic creative, Deksia hired Don Boza as Digital Strategist. To ensure the marketing agency continues to expand its reach, Brady Mikula and Tom Wieteska were brought on as Business Development Executives. The smooth operation of the organization was enhanced by the addition of Mike Schaner as Bookkeeper and Kristina Rogovich as HR Specialist.
