SOUTHFIELD, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Epitec is pleased to announce the appointment of Rebecca Bray to president. This move comes on the heels of a 2022 announcement that Josie Sheppard would take on the role of CEO following Jerry Sheppard's 43 years of majority ownership. Epitec is women-owned and operated with Sheppard and Bray leading the organization into its future.

Bray brings a wealth of experience, industry knowledge, and relationships to the role of president, having previously served as the company's Chief Sales Officer. As CSO, Bray was responsible for driving sales and revenue growth, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. In her role as president, Bray will continue to prioritize Epitec's client portfolio while also overseeing company operations, setting organizational priorities, and driving growth.

Bray holds a bachelor's in business administration and marketing from Central Michigan University, and a certificate from Harvard Business School Program for Leadership Development (PLD). She has also completed executive education courses at University of Michigan Ross School of Business and The Lead Institute. Bray takes an active role in the community and commits her time to mentoring young girls and women pursuing IT careers and serving as an advisor on several boards including the Michigan Council of Women in Technology and Forgotten Harvest.
