FOURMIDABLE Again Recognized on 'Affordable 100' List

BINGHAM FARMS, Mich. - Michimich -- FOURMIDABLE (http://www.fourmidable.com/), one of the most active companies nationwide when it comes to managing affordable housing units, is once again on the 'Affordable 100' List as recognized by the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA).

FOURMIDABLE has been on the affordable list for six years running, as it continues to be a Company goal and proud achievement. In the past, they have won a spot on the ranking list due to their Low Income Housing Tax Credit communities and Public Housing contracts.

This year, the Michigan firm is listed at #114 on the NAHMA list, which is made up of the top 140 companies from across the country.

NAHMA works on behalf of multifamily property managers and owners, serving as a leading voice for affordable housing management. The "Affordable 100" list ranks the largest affordable multifamily property management companies in the United States based on the total number of subsidized units managed. Each company must manage housing units that qualify for at least one of the following federal subsidies: HUD Project-based Assistance, Section 42 LIHTC, HOME funds, USDA Section 515, or Bonds.
