JACKSON, Mich. - Michimich -- Fresh Water Ventures is excited to announce the successful closing of its sixth acquisition: Dun-Rite Machining, Inc., based in Webberville, Michigan.
Founded in 1995 by Jeff Donajkowski, Dun-Rite is known for its precision, low-volume prototype machining services. The company boasts a team of experienced machinists and dedicated staff, consistently delivering high-quality parts to a diverse clientele. Fresh Water Ventures' acquisition of Dun-Rite not only strengthens the Fund's foothold in the manufacturing sector but also complements its existing portfolio.
Peter Bottini, partner at Fresh Water Ventures, shared, "Since Jeff Matzen and I started Fresh Water Ventures, we've aimed to acquire one of Michigan's many successful machining businesses. After carefully considering several opportunities, we are thrilled to have finalized this acquisition. Jeff Donajkowski and his wife, Molly, are outstanding individuals who deeply value their employees. We are eager to honor and build upon the legacy they've created."
