HUNTSVILLE, Ala. - Michimich -- The team at Lighthouse Research & Advisory is very proud to announce the winners of the 2022 HR Tech Awards program.
This initiative, powered by one of the HR technology industry's most innovative firms, provides peer-reviewed feedback and inputs on solutions purpose-built to serve employers and the workforce. The program has a rigorous judging component with a panel of independent practitioners, consultants, and educators providing inputs on each submission.
In this year's program, the winners span an incredible number of categories. Each of the tools is being used by employers right now to help them hire, develop, and retain their people, and the platforms and systems are amazing in their ability to support intelligent decisions, personalized actions, and more.

The Chief Research Officer at Lighthouse Research & Advisory, Ben Eubanks, had this to say, "We see hundreds of HR technologies every year in our research. The systems that won this year's program represent some of the very best that the industry has to offer. Our judges are consistently amazed by the quality, depth, and capability that these solutions represent. In my perspective, I'm always looking for a system that adds value for the HR and talent practitioners putting in the hard work every day. This year, we found some excellent examples of those tools in action."
Today in a livestream announcement, the award winners were highlighted and celebrated in front of the entire HR community. Eubanks, who heads the judging team, touched on some of the highlights from each category, emphasizing what these firms bring to the table in terms of value, innovation, and/or service. The categories include Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Talent Development, Employee Experience, Core HR and Workforce, and Total Rewards and Employee Wellbeing.
