According to the OWEA, the OWEA Exemplary Employer Award recognizes Oklahoma employers who support and facilitate their employees' involvement and activities within the OWEA and Water Environment Federation organizations, with special consideration given to those employers who foster the involvement and activities among Young Professional OWEA members.
"I was so proud to be able to attend this awards program and support our Oklahoma O&M team," remarks Andy Appleton, Inframark's President of Operations and Maintenance. "There was a vast pool of candidates for these awards, and our people's dedication to their communities and the industry are unmatched. Adding the Exemplary Employer Award to the list of distinctions reinforces our drive and determination to be the best in the industry in all areas."
OWEA President Emily Rowland, P.E., adds, "OWEA wants to congratulate all our awardees this year. We know people working in this sector of the industry can often get overlooked and not receive the recognition they deserve.
