TROY, Mich. ~ OWL Services, a premier sales, construction, program management, compliance and service partner to retail fueling, industrial, commercial fleet and electrical vehicle charging companies, has announced the acquisition of Dark Horse Enterprises Inc., a leading Mid-Atlantic fueling construction, service and compliance company located in Pasadena, Md.

The acquisition strengthens OWL's geographic coverage in the Mid-Atlantic states and expands its fueling construction resources in a growing U.S. market.
