Ms. Harvey moved to Michigan to pursue her secondary education at the University of Michigan, and then attended Michigan State University, earning her Juris Doctor (J.D.) law degree. In addition to practicing law, Rebecca has been elected as Trustee of the Board of Education of the Manchester Community Schools since 2015. She is very dedicated to ensuring a quality education for the students of the district while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
