Priority Health Receives National Recognition for Customer Service

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. ~ Priority Health, a nationally recognized nonprofit health plan serving more than 1.3 million members, has been named to Newsweek's America's Best Customer Service 2024 list in the health insurance category. This award was based on an independent survey of more than 30,000 U.S. customers who have either made purchases, used services or gathered information about products or services in the past three years.

Praveen Thadani, president of Priority Health, expressed his pride in the customer service team for their commitment to excellence and for earning this prestigious honor. "Our members are at the center of everything we do, and our dedicated customer service representatives put the needs and interests of our members above all else," he said.

The final rankings were based on the Likelihood of Recommendation, and five evaluation criteria (Quality of Communication, Professional Competence, Range of Services, Customer Focus and Accessibility). Carol Nowak, vice president of enterprise operations at Priority Health said that they are committed to providing their members with the best possible experience and that this national ranking is a testament to the efforts of their extraordinary customer service team.

In total, more than 200,000 evaluations were collected for this award ranking. Priority Health is proud to be recognized for its best-in-class customer service and looks forward to continuing to provide excellent service to its members in the future.
