DETROIT - Michimich -- Reverend Wendell Anthony, one of Michigan's most respected civil rights and community leaders, today announced his endorsement of Korey Hall for Michigan State Senate in the 3rd District.
Anthony's endorsement follows the previously announced endorsement of Hall by the Fannie Lou Hamer Political Action Committee and adds another respected voice to Hall's growing coalition of support throughout the district.
"For years, Korey Hall has demonstrated a commitment to serving people, building relationships, and fighting for stronger communities," said Rev. Wendell Anthony. "He understands the challenges facing our neighborhoods and has consistently worked to bring people together to address issues affecting working families, education, public safety, and economic opportunity. Korey Hall has the values, experience, and leadership our communities need in Lansing."
