SpartanNash Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SpartanNash Company (Nasdaq: SPTN) ("SpartanNash" or the "Company") today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.1925 per common share. The dividend will be paid on December 31, 2020 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 10, 2020. As of November 18, 2020, there were 35,863,253 common shares outstanding.
