~ Sterling Heights Senior Center to Host 50+ Programming Open House
The Sterling Heights Senior Center is inviting residents and non-residents of all ages to their 50+ Programming Open House on Wednesday, Nov. 19 at 9 a.m. This event aims to showcase the various programs and activities available for individuals over the age of 50.
Attendees are encouraged to bring along a neighbor, friend, or family member to join in on the fun at the Senior Center. The open house will provide an opportunity for visitors to explore the facility and learn more about the 50+ programming offered.
The event will kick off with doors opening at 9 a.m., followed by programming on stage in room 5 at 9:30 a.m. Guests can expect to see demonstrations of popular fitness programs such as Chair Zumba Gold, Arthritis Exercise, Zumba Gold, and Line Dance Exercise. Additionally, there will be presentations from Premier World Discovery and Collette travel companies.

Visitors can check out the cardio room and tables displaying a variety of drop-in programs. For those looking to join in on more activities, there will be an orientation for the cardio room with a limit of 10 participants.
