ANN ARBOR, Mich. - Michimich -- Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, social unrest, and economic uncertainty, Americans are dealing with elevated levels of stress and emotions. This includes the homeless. Utility field workers, who are already experiencing an increase in violence, may encounter violence from the homeless while on the job.
