FRANKENMUTH, Mich. - Michimich -- — Frankenmuth River Place Shops is once again hosting a magical holiday experience starting the weekend after Thanksgiving.
'Tis the Season Weekends include holiday-themed activities such as strolling carol performances and visits with Santa Claus and his Elf at Frankenmuth River Place Shops. The activities are free and take place on Saturdays and Sundays starting November 29 through December 21.
"Our team is thrilled to spread holiday cheer and create a truly festive atmosphere for families and friends," said Bethany Childs, Director of Events at the Bavarian-themed shopping village. "From Santa's stunning Christmas throne to our new holiday décor, guests will find countless photo opportunities to capture the perfect moment for their Christmas cards."

A highlight of 'Tis the Season Weekends is the meet-and-greet opportunities with Santa Claus and his Elf, held on the Festival Platz stage near Cass River Bar and Grill. Guests can visit with Santa atop his magical Christmas throne during his visiting hours from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays & Sundays.
Guests can also complete their holiday shopping to the tune of classic Christmas carols with strolling carol performances by various choruses and quartets from 1 to 4 p.m. each day of 'Tis the Season Weekends, except for December 21.
'Tis the Season Weekends are subject to change due to weather; guests are encouraged to check the Frankenmuth River Place Shops website at www.frankenmuthriverplace.com for updates.
