ANN ARBOR, Mich. - Michimich -- The Washtenaw County Bar Association (WCBA) held its Annual Bench-Bar Conference, bringing together members of the legal community for a day of collaboration, professional development, and celebration. A highlight of the event was the formal swearing-in of new officers for the 2025–2026 term.
Sarah Meinhart was officially sworn in as Treasurer of the WCBA, continuing her longstanding commitment to legal excellence and community service in Washtenaw County. Alongside her, James Fraser was elected as Director at Large, marking a new chapter of leadership within the association.
The conference also featured the presentation of one of the WCBA's most prestigious honors—the Darrow-Harris Award, recognizing outstanding contributions to the legal community.
