PROJECT:
The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will close lanes on I-94 between Sargent Road and Elm Avenue to switch eastbound and westbound traffic back into the normal configuration, as well as perform pavement repairs. This work is part of the ongoing I-94 Corridor Project.

TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS:
Eastbound I-94 will have the left lane closed between Elm Avenue and Sargent Road 7 a.m. - 8 p.m. Saturday for the configuration switch.
Eastbound I-94 will have the right lane closed between Elm Avenue and Sargent Road 7 a.m. - 8 p.m. Sunday for pavement repairs.
Westbound I-94 will have the left lane closed between Sargent Road and Elm Avenue 7 a.m. - 8 p.m. Sunday for the configuration switch.
Westbound I-94 will have the right lane closed between Sargent Road and Elm Avenue 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. Monday for pavement repairs.
Follow posted detours. Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes.
SAFETY BENEFITS:
These improvements will provide increased safety and mobility in this area of the I-94, which is a significant local, national and international trade corridor.
