~ The 2023 Sterlingfest Art & Music Fair is set to take place from July 27-29 at the Richard J. Notte Sterling Heights City Center. Applications for the event are now available for all Artisan and Fine Crafters, with a deadline of March 27.
The "Sterlingfest Kids Art!" Program will also return for its sixth year, allowing children and teens ages 2 to 18 years old to exhibit their original, handcrafted artwork. No buy-sell artwork is permitted; the Kids Art application deadline is May 31.
Renowned as one of Michigan's best-run and best-attended festivals, Sterlingfest offers a combination of arts & crafts, music and food that promises three days of sun-drenched summertime fun every year. Visitors to the arts & crafts show can browse and purchase sculptures, watercolor paintings, photographs, pottery and many other unique hand-crafted items offered by juried exhibitors. The festival also features a jazz and blues stage, a Suds'n'Sounds stage, Kidzfest children's activities and entertainment stage, a family midway, local restaurateurs, fireworks and a main concert stage.

Notte Sterling Heights City Center campus provides an ideal backdrop for the event with its historic Upton House Museum and sculpture walk featuring public art from cutting-edge Michigan artists. The 2023 schedule of events includes jazz, blues, folk and Top 40 entertainment as well as free fun activities for kids so parents can take their time in the arts & crafts fair. Evening concerts and Thursday night fireworks are expected to draw upwards of 150,000 people from throughout metropolitan Detroit to the Sterlingfest Art & Music Fair.
