FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. - Michimich -- Centria Autism (Centria), a leading national provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, is proud to reaffirm its commitment to clinical excellence by providing all eligible Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other clinicians with a flexible Continuing Education Unit (CEU) stipend of up to $1,500. Unlike many programs that require clinicians to attend proprietary training, Centria's CEU stipend empowers clinicians to choose the conferences, workshops, and certifications that best align with their unique career goals.
The impact of this commitment was on full display in New Orleans last month at a convention for the Association of Professional Behavior Analysts (APBA). Centria supported a cohort of 197 clinicians who traveled to the "Big Easy" for three days of intensive networking and collaborative learning.
Taking full advantage of the large number of team members in attendance, Centria kicked the conference off with an exclusive, internal-only training event hosted by Centria the day before the conference began. This private session allowed Centria's clinical leaders and practitioners to align on internal standards of excellence and share specialized insights on the latest in ABA science, research and techniques before joining the broader professional community.

Throughout the main convention, Centria didn't just attend; they helped shape the scientific discourse. The team was prominently featured in the official program, contributing to 11 different presentations and panels. These sessions covered critical topics in the field, showcasing Centria's dedication to advancing the science of ABA alongside the industry's top minds.
"Our clinicians are at the center of everything we do," said Timothy Yeager, Chief Clinical Officer at Centria Autism. "When we give them the flexibility to pursue the learning that matters most to them, we're strengthening both their growth and the care we provide. Seeing our team contribute across 11 sessions in New Orleans is a reflection of that investment—and of a culture where clinicians don't just learn the science, they help move it forward.
The CEU stipend is a cornerstone of Centria's "Clinician-First" philosophy. By removing financial barriers to high-level education and allowing personalized flexibility, Centria fosters a culture of lifelong learning that directly benefits the children and families they serve.
